CHICAGO IL/ FALL RIVER WI—Sylvia C. Linevitch age 88 died on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at the Larson House in Columbus. She was born on May 11, 1924 in Chicago to George and Albina (Kezis) Samulionis. Sylvia was married to George Linevitch on April 12, 1947 in Chicago. She was a receptionist for Beatrice Foods (formerly Swift) in Chicago for 37 years before her retirement. Sylvia was a member of St. Jerome Catholic Church, Columbus. Survivors include many loving nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, George in 1996; two brothers, Walter and Joseph; two sisters, Genevieve Freund and Adelle Trikenskas. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at 9:00 A.M. on Saturday, July 7, 2012 at ST. JEROME CATHOLIC CHURCH, Columbus. Rev. Steve Kortendick officiated. Interment was in the Fall River Cemetery, Fall River.
