Beth L.
Heiniger
Oct 31, 1962 — Feb 2, 2026
Oakfield
Beth L. Heiniger, age 63, died on Monday, February 2, 2026 at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac. She was born on October 31, 1962 to Delbert and LaVerne (Tiedt) Desjarlais in Columbus, WI.
Beth grew up in Columbus, WI on Maple avenue. She attended Zion Lutheran School and then Columbus High School. Beth went on to have two children with John Hermanson all while gaining a stepson. When life took a change, Beth happily gained two stepchildren after marrying Daniel Heiniger.
Beth enjoyed being at Columbus 151 race track on Friday nights, working and watching her brother race. She would hand paint the detailed stencils on his race car for all to see. She ran the powder puff race with the biggest smile on her face.
Beth enjoyed growing a very large garden in the summer. Her sunflowers were the biggest ones around. She was always working in the garden when the sun was out with her dogs. You would find her sitting outside enjoying the sunshine at her patio table or around the fire pit at night.
Beth is survived by her husband Dan Heiniger of Oakfield; daughter Sarah (Ben) Reuter of Columbus; son John (Jessica) Hermanson of Oakfield; step-sons Will (Heather) Hermanson of Lodi, Phillip Heiniger of Poynette; step-daughter Cheyenne Hale of Sun Prairie; grandchildren Michael Sanderson Jr, Elizabeth Sanderson and Lucille Sanderson, Brilynn Reuter, Jordan Reuter, Cooper Anderson; step-grandchildren Michael Hale, Damien Hale, Justyn Hermanson, Allya Hermanson; brother Delbert (Elaine) Desjarlais of Columbus; sisters Nancy (Lydon) Cole of DeForest, Judith (Richard) Boehnen of DeForest, Barbara (Kelly) Green of DeForest; Angela (Tim) Hauge of Columbus; many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
