COLUMBUS/WIS DELLS—Frank W. Lucafo age 55, died on Sunday, August 10, 2014 at his home in Wisconsin Dells. He was born on July 13, 1959 in Chicago, IL to Louis and Rosemarie (Latremouille) Lucafo. Frank enjoyed the outdoors, animals and nature. He loved music, playing guitar and harmonica. Frank was also a camp counselor at Easter Seals Camp Wawbeek in Wisconsin Dells for children with physical disabilites. Survivors include his mother, Rosemarie Martin of Columbus; three brothers, Anthony (Laura) and Paul, both of Chicago IL, and Joseph of Columbus; two sisters, Jeanie Lucafo of Brookfield IL and Linda (Adam) Schoenwald of Lake Zurich IL; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father and infant sister, Donna.
A memorial mass was held at 12:00 P.M. with visitation beginning at 11:00 A.M., on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at ST JEROME CATHOLIC CHURCH, Columbus. Rev. Steve Kortendick officiated. A memorial mass will be held in Chicago at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Columbia County Humane Society.
