COLUMBUS/FALL RIVER--Franklin L. "Frank" Seibel age 72, passed away Thursday, November 28, 2019 at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison. He was born on June 30, 1947 to Lester and Bertha (Parrell) Seibel in Randolph. Frank was a Columbus High School graduate. Shortly after high school Frank joined the U.S. Navy and was enlisted for seven years. He was married to Inez Heisig and together had two children, William and Michael. Frank then went to work for the Fall River Foundry where he retired. Frank married Alexis Ellak on January 25, 1983 and together had a son Jonathan. He enjoyed cabinetry and wood working and computer programming, his favorite program was the Money Tree. Frank enjoyed the companionship of his pets, always concerned if they have been walked or fed. His life revolved around his family. He was always working "so Alexis could spend the money". He is survived by his wife Alexis and their son Jonathan of Columbus; former wife Inez and their sons William and Michael of Madison. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers Dale and Harold; sister Frances Alderden. There will be no formal funeral services at this time.
