Fulton Damm, age 70, of Madison, Wisconsin, passed away on Tuesday, May 13th, 2025, at his home. He was born on December 19th, 1954, in Columbus, Wisconsin, the fourth child of Willis and Caroline Damm. Fulton grew up on the family farm and in 1973 moved to Orchard Hill. Through the years, Fulton was assisted by REM Wisconsin and Avenues to Community. In 2009, "Colors by Fulton" was created to help Fulton market his original acrylic paintings, pottery and garden art. He enjoyed expressing himself through colorful artwork and interacting with his (VSA) Very Special Arts of Wisconsin.

Fulton is survived by his brothers Bill (Jean) Damm and John Damm. His life was enriched by Amy Quaerna from Avenues to Community and Pam Mursberger, his live-in support provider.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Carol and his sister-in-law Wendy.

Fulton lived an active life, traveled, and enjoyed getting out into the community and interacting with family and friends.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, May 23, 2025 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with visitation beginning at 9:30 A.M.. Rev. Jim Leeser will officiate. Fulton will be interred next to his parents at St Joseph's Cemetery, East Bristol.

Memorials may be directed to Agace Hospice, Fitchburg.
