COLUMBUS—Jacqueline M. "Jackie" Kuglitsch, age 66, passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at St. Mary's Hospital, Madison. Jackie was born on March 19, 1956 to John and Patricia (Werner) Schmitz in Madison, Wisconsin. Jackie graduated from Madison General School of Nursing and went on to lay her healing hands on many patients. She touched many lives throughout her life. She was married to the love of her life Dr. Michael Kuglitsch and together raised five children. Jackie loved animals and plants, especially lavender. She enjoyed watching Law & Order and listening to The Beatles. Survivors include her four children Michele (Johnny) Kuglitsch of Oklahoma, Jacob (Amber) Kuglitsch of Minnesota, Nicole (Bobby) Simon of Minnesota and Angela (Jason) Kuglitsch of Oklahoma; her four grandchildren Kinzi, Kadence, Kennedy and Hunter; her one sister Carla (Bill) Yaekel of Columbus; nephew Tyler (Dominique) and niece Jessi (Colton); sister-in-law Mary (Ralph) Llanas; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Dr. Michael Kuglitsch in 2021, son Sam in 2009. A private family service will be held at Jensen Funeral & Cremation, Columbus.
