Jerry Thomas Clark, age 77, passed away on July 9, 2024, at Cambridge Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Richmond, Texas, due to heart failure. Born on September 10, 1946, to Clint and Hattie (Weber) Clark in Columbus, Wisconsin, Jerry was known for his charisma and friendly nature, earning him many friends in high school where he was crowned prom king his senior year.

In 1966, Jerry enlisted in the army and served two tours in Vietnam. After working various jobs in Wisconsin, he moved to Texas in the early 1980s to be closer to his two daughters, where he spent the remainder of his life. Jerry embraced every opportunity to create lasting memories through travel and dining with his daughters and grandchildren, often traveling back to Wisconsin to share his love for his home state.

Jerry's laid-back personality and love for storytelling made him easily likable. He had a passion for art and enjoyed listening to George Foreman's Christian testimonies, regularly attending church until he was unable. A devoted Packers fan, Jerry loved sharing his enthusiasm for football.

Jerry is survived by his daughters October Dawn (Wade) of Needville, TX, and Summer Day (Kelly) of The Woodlands, TX; grandchildren Sydney, Elli, Stacey, and Paris; sister Elizabeth, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clint and Hattie, his brother John, and sister Marcella.

A visitation will be held from 10am-12pm at the Columbus Community Church of the Nazarene in Columbus, WI, on October 19, 2024. This informal, casual gathering invites family and friends to bring stories or pictures to share in memory of Jerry.
