Laura A. Hundley age 92, of Columbus passed away on Monday, May 14, 2018 at Home Again Assisted Living in Columbus. She was born on August 5, 1925 to Henry and Mary (Carlin) Tiedt. She was married to Russell Hundley on May 12, 1949 in Columbus. Laura retired from AT&T and was a long-time member of the AT&T Pioneer Group. She was also a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Columbus. Laura enjoyed vegetable gardening and fishing when they retired to a home on Beaver Dam Lake. After moving into Home Again, Laura enjoyed playing cards and bingo. Laura is survived by her daughter Barb (Ferd) Grebe of Columbus; daughter-in-law Susan (Marty) Hundley-Sullivan of Sheboygan; five grandchildren, Heather (Frank) Ribich, Julie (Derek) Berget, Stephanie (Zach) Tisdale, Tyler Grebe, and Ashley (Jesse) Winger; eleven great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Russ; son Bill and seven siblings. The family would like to thank the Home Again staff for their many years of wonderful care that Laura received. Funeral services were held at 11:00 A.M., with visitation beginning at 10:00 A.M., on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at ZION EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHRUCH in Columbus. Rev. Robert Wilke officiated. Interment was in Hillside Cemetery, Columbus. Memorials may be directed to Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church.
