Mary Lucille Woolever, age 81, died at home in Columbus, Wisconsin, on Friday, August 1, 2025. She was born on December 19, 1943, to Edwin and Lucille (Sadowski) Ledworowski in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

Mary grew up on her family's farm in Reeseville, Wisconsin. She married DaWayne Woolever on July 9, 1966. They moved to their farm in Columbus in 1970. She worked for the Columbus Hospital from 1978-1993. In 1993, she completed a healthcare program at the Moraine Park Technical College in Beaver Dam, then began providing home health respite care in the Columbus area for more than twenty years. She also worked on their farm, and assisted with her husband's concrete business, Woolever Construction.

Over the years, Mary loved traveling the country with their RV, as well as attending many social gatherings with their farm neighbors.

Mary is survived by her husband of 59 years, DaWayne, son Daniel (Rebecca), daughter Kim, and grandsons Logan and Chase. She is further survived by her sister Joan Witkowski; sisters-in-law Alice Woolever and Doreen Griesbach, brothers-in-law Laverne (Barb) Woolever and Bill (Chris) Woolever, as well as many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her brothers Gene, Paul, Myron "Butch", and Joe, as well as her sisters-in-law Charlotte, Edith, and Marge, and brothers-in-law Dale and Donald.

A visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Friday, August 8, 2025, at Jensen Funeral & Cremation LLC, Columbus. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 A.M., with visitation beginning at 10:00 A.M., on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at St. Jerome Catholic Church, Columbus. Father Joji Thirumalareddy will officiate.
