Richard W. "Rick" Miller age 64 died on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison. He was born on January 29, 1954 in Columbus to Wesley and Midge (Mitchell) Miller and graduated from Columbus High School. Survivors include his two brothers Robert (Nancy) Miller of Columbus and Michael Miller of Lodi; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother Tom and a sister Martha Anderson. No pending services.
