Sharon K. Mielke, age 81, died at Prairie Ridge Health, Columbus, on Wednesday, January 17, 2024. Sharon was born on February 13, 1942 to Herman and Pearl Steinfeldt in Columbus. Sharon was married to John Mielke on February 17, 1973 at Zion Lutheran Church, Columbus. Over the years Sharon was employed at the Weyenberg Shoe Factory in Beaver Dam and as a 'dog catcher' for the City of Columbus. Sharon and John also made many deliveries and pickups for the Columbus Community Hospital. Sharon is survived by her husband John of Columbus and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 with visitation beginning at 10:00 A.M. at Zion Ev. Lutheran Church, Columbus.
