FALL RIVER—Theodore W. "Ted" Haefner age 79, passed away after a brief illness on Friday, June 6, 2014 at Golden Living Center-Continental Manor in Randolph. He was born to John and Laura (Kelly) Haefner on August 17, 1934 in East Bristol and grew-up in the Deansville-Marshal area. Ted was married to Doris Dehnert and had two children, Darla and David. He was later married to Dorothy McCauley on November 24, 1962 in Columbus. Ted was a hard worker, he had a heart of gold and was always willing to lend a helping hand. He was well known and had many friends, some were fellow frequent customers at the Apple Tree Restaurant in Columbus. He always looked forward to Darla's cooking and the treats she would bring him.
